Inspired by the rich desert landscape in La Quinta, California, this hotel and branded residence project includes 70 guestrooms, private residences, a three meal restaurant, bar, marketplace, spa, and conference center components. Indefinitely on-hold, the project hopes to create a new, modern addition to the Palm Desert.
